Isabella

The Isabella is deep piercing going through behind the clitoris and through the clitoral hood in a vertical direction. It sits comfortably with the body and is an effective piercing for those who lack sensation. It pushes the clitoris forward and therefore enhances sensation. It is placed between the clitoris and the urethra and so a good knowledge of anatomy and how to place this piercing is essential. This should only be attempted by a very experienced piercer.

The Isabela heals quite quickly and when numbed with the liquid numbing that we use at Body Pleasure Piercing is not as painful as you would think.

The bar should not be placed too high up on the clitoral hood or it will pull forward and become uncomfortable to the wearer.
