This is not a popular piercing and is done more for the partner. This is placed between the anus and vaginal opening in the tissue that stretches a lot during childbirth. It is rarely done to increase feeling for the wearer but it will rub on her partner A slightly larger gauge is recommended as this piercing will stretch easily due to the tissue in this area. A larger gauge will be better for the partner.

They heal well and have few complications.
